Analytics

Understand clicks, audiences, and campaign performance.

Analytics answers three key questions: how many clicks occurred, where visitors came from, and which links perform best.

Choose your data

Open general Analytics to compare links, or select the click counter on a link card to focus on one link. Choose a preset period or enter exact dates. The chart interval controls the level of detail, and Umela offers options appropriate for the selected period.

Tip. After publishing, choose Today with an hourly interval. For a final campaign report, use the campaign’s exact dates.

Read the report

  • Timeline shows how clicks changed over time.
  • Geography shows audience countries and cities.
  • Devices covers phones, computers, browsers, and operating systems.
  • Sources and UTM identify channels and campaigns.
  • Links helps compare different materials.

Filters can narrow the report by domain, link, country, device, source, or UTM value. Active filters apply to the entire report.

Share a report

Open Analytics for one link, select Share, enable the public report, and copy its address. Recipients can view the statistics without signing in, but cannot edit the link. Disabling the report closes access through the current address.

Important. Before sharing, make sure campaign names and UTM parameters contain no confidential information.

Export data

Export CSV creates an archive for the selected period and filters. Export is available with Premium, and the generated download link is available for a limited time.

Why values can be unknown

Umela records events, not guaranteed unique people. VPNs, privacy settings, and browser restrictions can hide a source, city, or device. A short delay before the newest click appears is normal.
